The National Association of Oil and Gas Service was instituted in 2013 with the support of Natalia Komarova, Governor of the main oil and gas region of the country – Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District-Yugra, as the regional association (Association of Oil and Gas Service Companies of Yugra) that represented the interests of service companies operating in the region. In December 2014, it was transformed into the federal association: the National Association of Oil and Gas Service.
Currently, in addition to service enterprises (from small to the largest ones), the work of the Association actively involves the developers and manufacturers of equipment, materials and technologies for the oil and gas industry, scientific institutions, representatives of related industries from all regions of the country.
The Association of Refineries and Petrochemicals was established in May 1995.
The founders of the Association were oil companies, refineries, oil production plants, research and design institutions of Russia and the CIS.
The main task of the Association is to unite the efforts of Russian oil refiners in order to develop consolidated measures aimed at developing the refining complex, eliminating the negative consequences of restructuring the economic mechanism and economic reforms in the country that have affected the state of Russian oil refineries.
Over the years of its activity, the Association has prepared many proposals for improving the operating conditions of oil refineries: on taxation, development prospects, stimulating deep oil refining, objective economic assessment of the Russian refineries activities and other topical issues that were sent to various federal executive and legislative authorities of the Russian Federation.
The Association is a member of expert groups of other public entities of the State Duma, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russian Union of Commodity Producers (Employers), the Ministry of Energy of Russia, etc.
The Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP Russian Chapter, abpmp.org.ru) is a national center of competence in business process management, a branch of the International Association of BPM Professionals. Its assets include the Business Process Management Common Body of Knowledge (BPM CBOK), the professional standard "Process Management Specialist", the training and certification system for specialists, the annual "BPM Project of the Year" Awards (bpmaward.ru).
