The pavilion "Smart City" appeared in 2016 on the initiative of the Department of Information Technology of the Government of Moscow. This is a new building with an area of 1.6 thousand square meters with an interesting architectural solution. The appearance of the pavilion echoes the idea of the project: the Smart City exposition unfolded inside the building, which tells about the technologies of the "smart city". New technologies are developing in the capital that make life easier for citizens, free up time and give comfort. Ten years ago, it was difficult to imagine free urban Wi-Fi, an online appointment with a doctor without kilometer-long queues at the registry or public services that can be obtained in one click — all this and even more is already available in the capital. The pavilion hosts free tours of six updated exhibition areas: "Intelligent Transport", "City Management Center", "Digital Medicine", "Moscow Electronic School", "Landscaping and Comfort", "Active Moscow".

The DIT team is working to ensure that the opportunities that information technologies provide today help every resident of Moscow to get relevant information for him, quickly solve important issues and save the most valuable thing that he has – time.

The Big Data Association was founded in Russia in October 2018. The mission of the Association is to create favorable conditions for technologies and product design in Russia’s Big Data market. The Internet of Things Association (IOTAS) is a flagship Russian multi-stakeholder-based IoT-driven non-profit organization.

The State Inspectorate for Real Estate carries out regional state control over the use of non-residential facilities owned by the city of Moscow, measures to determine the type of actual use of buildings (structures, structures) and non-residential premises for tax purposes, monitoring compliance with the requirements for the placement of seasonal (summer) cafes at stationary catering establishments, municipal land control in the territory of the city of Moscow, performs the powers of the owner in terms of implementing measures to control the use of lands owned by the city of Moscow and state ownership of which is not delimited, and non-residential facilities, as well as organizing their protection in order to prevent and suppress unauthorized occupation and illegal use.

The Association of Software Developers “Domestic Soft” is the most affluent Russian association of domestic manufacturers of the replicable software. The association was founded in 2009 by Russian developers and currently includes more than 200 companies. The Association of Developers and Users of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine "National Medical Knowledge Base" (NBMZ) was established as an important player in the implementation of the strategic roadmap "Artificial Intelligence in Medicine. Digital Healthcare", developed and adopted within the framework of the All-Russian Consultation of Honored Doctors of Russia held on June 26-28, 2018 in Moscow. The goals of the Association are to unite market participants to solve urgent problems related to the creation and development of national medical decision support systems and artificial intelligence systems for healthcare

The Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) brings together more than 400 French, international and Russian member companies. The mission of the association is to strengthen economic and commercial relations between France and Russia.
